It is rare that the hardworking, over-extended American citizens experience any level of consistency with their government. About the only thing the government is consistent with is spending.

When we are experiencing an economic boom, we are told that we must continue to increase spending in order to keep the economy strong. When we are experiencing economic recessions, government tells us that we must pass stimulus packages and spend in order to create jobs and pull out of it.

Forget your political position or party for just a second and think about that for a moment…

Our government’s solution for everything is to spend! They operate like a start-up company with no business model. Except they have infinite rounds of funding via taxes.

Government jobs are shit for everyone except for the one that’s hired. The jobs that are added are funded by the taxpayers. The government is just a large money pit, a mafia-union for mostly unproductive workers who couldn’t make it in the private sector.

When was the last time you heard about some amazing innovation from an average government employee? Has our position in the global economy improved as our government has added jobs and expanded significantly? When was the last time government provided you a return on your tax dollars?

Our state and federal governments are going bankrupt. We let them get too big, and there is no accountability. All failures are blamed on everything but the government and pawned off onto the taxpayers and their posterity.

We must fight this nonsense. As the government expands, the American shrinks.
